A Hammam is a steam bath, an ancient practice which regenerates and purifies the body. In a Hammam the humidity can be as high as 100%, while the temperature is relatively low, around 48°C. The quality of the experience and the benefits for our body depend on these values being perfectly balanced. Saunas are cubicles with dry heat: the humidity in a sauna is very low (20% max.), while temperatures can reach 90-100°C. They are built in top-quality wood and have special heaters to keep the temperature constant. They are a great way of relaxing, both in the privacy of your home and in public spas.
