So what defines a classical kitchen?  Normally we are thinking of words like traditional or period, but in essence I would define classical as a style based around timeless shapes and shades, and in the kitchen world this is most usually expressed in the shape and style of doors, their colour and the material they are made from.  Next would be the work surface and main features like the sink and taps, and then the style of appliances.  The use of natural timber, arch and square Shaker door styles, metal handles with escutcheon plates, porcelain knobs, exposed hinges, Belfast or Butler style sinks and bridge mixer taps will help to convey the Classical Kitchen style.
